Arts of Ghee.

houston.jpg

I’m getting ready to head out to Houston, Texas with Sanjay (Ghee Happy) on Thursday.

The Museum of Fine Arts down there is opening a new permanent gallery for the arts of India, which opens on the 16th (My Birthday! woop)

They asked Sanjay a while back for Ghee Happy to be part of the interactive multimedia space that runs throughout the gallery.
I’m siked to check this out, Hopefully I’ll post some pictures up during the trip.

Any *PMH readers in Houston?

You can check out an article about the show, which mentions Sanjay, here.

Will keep an eye out for it. If possible, stop by the Menil Collection while in the neighborhood of the Museum of Fine Arts.

I hope you enjoyed the surprisingly vibrant Houston art scene, and as an emerging houston visual artist it gives my cold heart a lot of warmth to see that my some of my favorite indian-american artists are friends together in houston. I love pardon my hindi and I love ghee happy. Thanks for sharing all the amazingness.

Somalee: Thanks for the kind comment! Houston was a fun time, but the trip went by so fast, I missed out on a bunch of stuff I wanted to check out! Next time.
